Not sure exactly what ticket you are talking about exactly. But if you are mentioning the entry ticket for entering the Black mountain, the tickets are given at the gate of the black mountain entry for about 20 RMB. You will not be allowed to enter the black mountain without this ticket, there is a check point about 500m away from this ticket counter. I went to the black mountain by taxi from Dalian Aerbin Jinshan, taxi charge was approximately 30 RMB.
