Not a lot. Crystal caves has floating pontoon walkways for you to walk out on and is larger than Fantasy Caves. Fantasy cave is more of a challenge. There are more steps (88 vs 83) and the steps are steeper. The humidity in Fantasy Caves is also a lot higher.
