We saw it from the outside only as it was closed for visitors. Nice impressive edifice, one of the oldest buildings in town. Located pretty much in the center.Full review by Ron S

Sadly we couldnt get in the theater as it closed all morning. Its open very late and so not easy to visit if not just for and actual play or show.Full review by DrCDavisB

Lovely theatre showing a variety of performances. You can also have a guided tour. Several languages offered. One of my favourite places in Montevideo.Full review by Sandra D
