Hi Alan. I seem to be able to get into a booking system and get a google English translation. I didn't go past clicking on the dates you want to visit. Just found a language button on there as well offering English. We went last September I think and just walked in and paid and got in straight away. It was absolutely great I really enjoyed it. if you need to definitely book in advance I suggest giving them a phone call. I'm sure they would be able to help. E mail contact available as well. Contact details on their website. Their English is perfect. I hope you get it sorted and enjoy your visit and stay in Bruges.
