Yes it is on parking lots separate building. It is pretty clean.

can my service dog go on the tour?

I don’t how a dog would be able to ride the tram. You straddle a narrow seat so it would seem unlikely. Sorry!

You can wear normal clothes and closed toe tennis shoes would be fine.
